What counts as a report
A report is one reviewed document of more than 10 pages — global compliance and product safety alike, whatever standard it’s reviewed against. Very dense pages — several printed to one sheet, say — can count as more than one page. Everything else is free.

Pricing questions
Reports or seats — what am I paying for?
Seats are the people who sign in. Reports are the review work: every finished document over 10 pages counts as one — a global compliance review and a product safety review alike, whatever standard it’s reviewed against — pooled across the whole company. Very dense pages — several printed to one sheet, say — can count as more than one page. Each seat beyond the ones your plan includes adds 30 reports a month (360 a year on annual), prorated for the rest of the billing period you add it in; a seat you remove leaves at your next billing date.
What happens when the reports run out?
Reviews of documents that count as a report stop until your reports reset — on the 1st for a monthly plan, at renewal for an annual one — so there’s never a surprise bill. On Team, your company owner can turn on pay-as-you-go: $8 per additional report, up to a monthly limit they set, added to your next invoice (on an annual plan, invoiced monthly). Reading and exporting keep working.
What if I cancel?
Everything you’ve done stays readable and exportable after you cancel — we never delete it on a schedule. Cancelling stops new reviews; it never takes your work.
Is there a plan for one person?
Pro: $49 a month or $539 a year, for one user, with Compliance Advisory, Compliance Management, Compliance Marketplace. It has no case review — that’s Team, and a Pro plan upgrades to Team from its Team page.
Do prices include tax?
Prices in USD, plus applicable taxes (such as sales tax or VAT).
